Curtains

I am looking everywhere online but I can’t find anything cool. I want new curtains for my room. I saw that they were selling shower curtains with “police line-do not cross” yellow tape artwork across them. I would love that in window curtains. Does anyone know where to get wacky window curtains like that online? Does anyone know if there is any place that can custom make curtains for a fairly good price?

I know i CAN but is it werid? or wrong? They have such a better variety! Any suggestions for a cheap pretty shower curtain?

I’ve tried Penneys and they are okay but this is not easy to do. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to buy sheers or simple well made curtains.

My basement is really cold compared to the 2 upper levels which are warm and comfy. I think my basement is colder because i have a back yard door and the door is mostly glass. i was wondering if i buy a thermal curtains or drapes but im not really sure what are they LOL and also want to buy a small portable heater would it help make the place warmer and save money on my next bill? thank you.
